It is used to control life-saving medical equipment in the operating theatres and intensive therapy units of hospitals. It helps children to read in schools, it records the price of groceries in supermarkets and controls telephone networks.

Technology and systems are embedded in all
areas of modern life. Business activities such as banking, transport, manufacturing, and communication have become utterly dependent on it.

If you want to pursue a career in the business management of IT, then ITMB is the course for you. It provides the personal skills and business/IT knowledge that leading companies require and as a member of the exciting and vibrant ITMB community you can expect your career to take off immediately.

As a UWE ITMB student you
